There is also a common misconception between coaching and the practice of therapy and counselling. Life coaching is typically a more forward focused conversation with the ambition of reaching a goal or resolving an issue as opposed to healing past traumas or serious mental health symptoms.

Free Discovery Call

I will reach out, arrange a free discovery call and send you a short questionnaire to complete prior to the call. A discovery call is a free informal chat that gives you a chance to tell me what you want to get from coaching, and a chance to get to know me. The aim of the call is to put you in a better position to be able to decide whether you want coaching.

Packages Tailored to Suit

Packages are sold at a minimum of 4 coaching sessions and the free discovery call is separate. Timeframe between the sessions is typically 2-4 weeks and is dependent on your availability and goals.

Payment plans available upon request.

Your First Life Coaching Session

The first Life Coaching session will look to gain an overall perspective of your life, before identifying which area you seek to improve or are currently unhappy with. We will agree on goals during the session and look to break these down into smaller achievable actions. Sometimes, clients don’t know exactly what they need to move forward, and this emerges later in the process through self-discovery exercises.
